Converge 45 Cocktail Party
Join Converge 45 and curator Lumi Tan for a special event marking one year until the opening of our 2026 city-wide triennial exhibition!
Converge 45 is the Pacific Northwest’s foremost citywide art exhibition, taking place on a three-year curatorial cycle at partner venues across the Portland metropolitan area.
Avantika Bawa: Everything Everywhere Now
Known for her rigorously minimal, architectural approach, Bawa’s practice moves fluidly between drawing, printmaking, and site-based experimentation. This exhibition brings together a curated selection of her works spanning nearly two decades—offering a rare glimpse into the evolution of her visual language.

Perpetual Progeny by Kyra Watkins
"Perpetual Progeny" showcases Kyra Watkins' extraordinary craftsmanship and artistic vision through a series of meticulously rendered portraits created exclusively with blue ballpoint pen. Each work demonstrates Watkins' remarkable technical precision and emotional depth, exploring themes of human connection, lineage, and the continuous thread of humanity across generations.

THE UNCOUPLING: New Works by Andi Kovel
Internationally acclaimed glass artist Andi Kovel breaks free from traditional constraints in THE UNCOUPLING, presenting an ambitious collection that pushes glass beyond its functional roots into pure artistic expression. The exhibition, featuring her latest Superchunks and Colony Series, runs March through May 9, 2025, with a special artist conversation and reception on March 15.

Xavier Kelley
Join us for an exhibition featuring the remarkable work of Xavier Kelley.
Xavier Kelley is a Portland-based painter whose vivid narrative works explore the intersections of Black and Indigenous experiences through a distinctive lens that blends ancient cultural iconography with contemporary elements from sports, music, and academia.
Kelley's artistic vision is deeply rooted in Afrofuturism and graffiti art traditions, through which he crafts richly saturated compositions populated by idealized figures and meaningful glyphs. Through a combination of aesthetic elements and symbolic imagery – from pencils representing creative agency to animals embodying natural connection – Kelley creates immersive visual narratives that both acknowledge current social dynamics and imagine new possibilities for the future.
