Avantika Bawa: “Everything, Everywhere, Now: The Built Present”

Weedman Design Partners is pleased to present “Everything, Everywhere, Now: The Built Present,” a survey of work by acclaimed artist Avantika Bawa.

Show Dates: Sep 6 - Oct 16

Gallery Hours: Fridays 12 - 4 (or by appointment)

Known for her rigorously minimal, architectural approach, Bawa’s practice moves fluidly between drawing, printmaking, and site-based experimentation. This exhibition brings together a curated selection of her works spanning the past several years, offering a glimpse into the evolution of her visual language.

A trained artist and educator, Bawa abstracts the built environment into refined formal expressions. Her work engages repetition, color, and spatial tension to reframe how we encounter site and structure. While Bawa is widely known for large-scale installations, this show emphasizes her intimate, works-on-paper and process-driven pieces—inviting close, thoughtful viewing.

Everything Everywhere Now: The Built Present,” captures a process defined by precision and presence. Bawa’s works distill the monumental into the essential, where each piece operates as a quiet proposition about space, memory, and form.

This exhibition is a moment to pause and experience the power of observation.
